- 6:30 PM – Race-Day Registration and Packet Pick-Up
- 8:45 PM – Registration and Packet Pick-Up Close
- 9:05 PM – Race Start
Post race party featuring snacks, spirits, and bluegrass music until 10:45 PM
Note: Price does not include park entrance fee. If you do not have a State Park pass please remember to bring money to pay for entrance into the park.
$28 – First 20 % of capacity $33 – 21% to 50% of capacity
- $37 – 51% to 75% of capacity
- $42 – 76% to 100% or after August 12, 2015
What You Get With Your Registration
Each Registrant will receive:
- Race T-Shirt! (Register by April 10th to guarantee a shirt. Inquire about shirts for more details after April 10th)
- Post-race food and beverages ( two moonshine drink tickets for those over the age of 21)
- Post-race bluegrass and old timey music!
- Commemorative moonshine mason jar!
Timing / Awards
The Moonlight Bootlegger 5K will be chip timed.
Awards to the top 3 overall males and top 3 overall females. Awards to the top 3 males and females in the following age groups in each race: 20 and under, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+.
Parking details will be given closer to the date of the event
Rules & Guidelines
ATHLETES MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH EITHER A FLASHLIGHT OR HEADLAMP TO PARTICIPATE!! In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined. Information will be available on the race website.
Refund Policy: No refunds for any reason will be issued for this event within 30 days of the event start date. Earlier than 30 days before the event, a request may be made for a 50% refund (this will be 50% of entry fee, excluding any processing fees). Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to this refund policy. Transfer policy: Entries can be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee. T-shirt size will not be changeable. Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year.
